hmm very unprofessional. Close account, say nothing, leave their dodgy intrusive "lightspeed digital" tracking software on your PC and ignor your emails. Avoid.
4 years on and I'd agree to watch your expectations.
There seems to be a two week window with Lightspeed/MySurvey before they decide if you "pass"
I had/have 445 points, that's a number of surveys complete and a decent chunk of time. (I can tell because I can still log in through the phone app, but I can't redeem through it)
Bang on two weeks after signing up and my account has been deactivated. Which I discovered as I went to log into the website to check for surveys.
No email, nothing. I've tried contacting support, no response.
From looking around, this isn't uncommon.
But it also seems that MySurvey works well for others, so eyes open and all that.
