This has just happened to me again, littlemrtinkle, after spending 30+ minutes on one and getting 95% of the way through it. I emailed them this time and apparently it is because "they reached their quota whilst I was completing the survey .... but not to worry they won't use the data" I filled in and I do have 10 Lightspeed entries to this month's draw! :mad: I'm really getting fed up with it myself and think I'm going to restrict myself to smaller surveys with them now.

i've not had that problem with lightspeed, they will tell me within a couple of questions if i dont meet criteria. i've managed to make a few hundred pounds there and all tax free too

I did a survey on chocolate cereal bars for I think about 55 points ,got sent the bars ( Cadburys Medley) to test, with the promise that a follow up survey earning a lot more points (350?) would be emailed but it has not been sent. Can't help but wonder what is going on - I got the free choc bars ( very nice they were too) but Cadburys has not had my opinions and I have not had my points!

ouch.... please people, do not install any software from any Survey sites, it's usually deeply intrusive tracking software which scans every single website you visit to log what adverts you see. and who knows what else it picks up in the process.

Is the small amout of "points" worth risking you privacy?

exim, try downloading something like ccleaner which is a good utility for uninstalling software, as well as cleaning up unneccesary files.

I've had Amazon e-vouchers from Lightspeed, and they've come via e-mail in under 24 hours.

The main article says "The advantage of Lightspeed is its low £1 payment threshold and regular surveys".

Can someone update to say payout minimum is £3 to PayPal now

No dodgy software here, but a strange problem. I did some surveys, including yesterday and all seemed to go OK - some I was suitable for and others not. I'd made 400 points. Today I cannot login. Unable to retrieve the password (it states I have not completed the registration). I read the T&C's etc and can't see why it would have been closed, but this seems to be the case. My web browser crashed yesterday when I tried to do a survey and then when I finally logged back in it wasn't available. That was the last thing I did in LightspeedPanel until today. Very odd.

Hi guys, does anyone have an up to date linky for lightspeed? The link in the guide turns up a 404, and I'd rather be sure I wasn't signing up on a scam site. TIA.

Won't let me post link. Google Lightspeed surveys and it's the top one called mysurvey. They joined forces with TNS I think and don't call themselves lightspeed anymore.
