Survey Stashing: Lightspeed hints & tips

As mentioned above, Lightspeed Panel is now MySurvey. I joined Lightspeed Panel over 18 months ago and while they used to send lots of survey invites, these have dried up over the past few months. I've probably got about £70 in Amazon vouchers from them over that time, so it's quite rewarding when they have surveys to send through.

Has anyone else found that the amount of surveys has decreased recently or is it just I'm not as interesting to them now?! :-)

Also, there's an error in your guide - Amazon vouchers are 550 points for £5 voucher, 1100 for £10 etc, not 700 points. :-)

I claimed some points yesterday for £5 paid into paypal. I'm concerned that the points are gone but it hasn't gone into paypal - does anyone have experience of how long it should take with MySurvey? Their FAQs are no help and I can't find a Contact Us link. I'm new to this but with the other site I've cashed in at, it's been transferred immediately to paypal.

Where are my PayPal funds?


PayPal funds can take 10 to 13 business days for processing and upload to your PayPal account. You can view the most recent status of your order by selecting the MY ACCOUNT link from the menu above, click on the Order Number and scroll down to view the PayPal order details.

Easily found by going to the REWARDS section and clicking on FAQ/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Are we looking at the same site? There's no FAQ/Customer Service link in the Rewards page that I'm looking at.

If you are signed in then you can access it through https://www.perksplus.com/PerksPlusV2/Secure/Client/Support/Faq.aspx Which is available on the rewards section.
