Been with lightspeed for nearly 3 years. Originalyl signed up purely for cashback through Quidco. After reading up abit more on surveys I decided to give it a try, this was my first real attempt at making extra cash from survey sites. I found them fairly straight forward and plentiful. Looking back through my logs I was getting roughly 2-3 surveys a week. By the end of 2008 I had cashed out £33 paypal.

Almost immediately after this, I got nothing, absolutely nothing for about..7 months. I was pretty much giving up on them. I always did the quick matches and polls. I recall reading the quick matches are what give you entry to potential surveys, sure didn't seem like it. I had always done the polls honestly. After awhile and getting fed up I started clicking all options, or all "positive options" in the polls, suddenly I had a massive influx of surveys, the past month I've been getting 3-5 surveys a week. I'm back upto £10 already. Could be coincidental of course.

I also had similar issue as was mentioned prior re. member of family attempting to register and couldn't access my account, they actualyl closed it, but I sorted the issue out thanks to their customer support quite quickly and was re-instated.

I use a number of surveys sites and to be fair, LS is one of the better ones. Might not sound like alot of cashback over the period of time but every penny counts and when it all accumulates it adds up quite nicely.

I've been busy past 2 days and checking my LS account I have 2 surveys and 4 polls waiting for me (:

Other note, check for surveys on the actual lightspeed account frequently, as soon as there is oen there, do it. Longer you leave it, more likely you'll get the dreaded "..survey is full or filled" after 10 minutes of answering questions. So do them as you get them You'll find they will pop up on your actual LS account page before you get an e-mail notification, so don't wait on e-mails, log in and on and check.

Edit: I had that digital LS offer to, didn't touch it, wouldn't touch it. Same reasons as others had stated. Will undoubtedly mess with settings and cause more problems than it's worth. However, if you're very very very organized, to the point you have a dedicated desktop/laptop for things like this, you could set it up as a standalone application using browser profile specifically for it. I know it's kind of deafeating the genuine objective of using the software but, hey.

    hi

i have been with lightspeed now roughly 2 months and have almost £10 in amazon vouchers, most of there surveys are quite enjoyable, i have had them for bread, lipstick, cereals, my son got one the other week for board games. you have to be quick though when a survey comes up or they fill up really quick and get there quoter.

Ive completed my profile on lightspeed but after about a month the surveys have just dried up
  • I literally just received a survey that offered 1000 points for a 45minute survey, survey took me about 10 minutes and I got all the way through. Just a heads up to check your survey's now before it fills up. Easiest £10 I've made. It's regarding weight loss.

Edit: Just checked my LS history and apparently completing that survey gives you 1200 points! It did seem to break into 2 parts as I went through it, well worth checking your available surveys by logging into LS.

I had a similar thing, I requested (I think it was) £25 via paypal on Lightspeed, I received it quickly but I've not been offered any paid surveys since and this was 3 months ago, I used to be offered a few a week... very strange!

I have been with these for a few months. I usually get 2-3 surveys per week and have 2210 points.

How long does it normally take for vouchers to arrive? Am not keen on having a Paypal payment because of the fees.

Got the same survey, but I only got 200 points. Got offered another weight loss one and didn't qualify, so I only got 10 prize draw entries instead of 400 points.
