I managed to get up to the infuriating number of £39.95 about two weeks ago and haven't seen a single survey available on my account since. Every few days I've received an email saying that a survey is available and then once I've clicked on it (I do this IMMEDIATELY after the email arrives in my inbox) it says that the survey has already received the maximum number of responses.

I can't help but feel that One Poll are actually trying to prevent me from reaching the £40 pay out. Previously I would get at least one survey every weekday (even if it turned out that I was screened out of it) but suddenly, now just five pence away from the pay out and the surveys have completely dried up. Very convenient.

I agree - I've been on £39.90 for over a month without a single survey showing when I log on. There are a lot of complaints about them on other forums. I did get £40 out of them (last year I think) & I remember it getting slow as I got nearer to the big 40 - but nothing like this. I e-mailed them about it & got a reply offering to add 10p to my account, but it hasn't happened yet & I've not had a response to a 2nd e-mail. I'll keep checking every now & again jsut in case... but won't hold my breath.

Well now I feel bad... one day later & they've just credited my account with 10p & there are 2 surveys showing. Still can't help thinking it's deliberate though...

  • Not sure what this is all about, felt like I was "sucked into" signing up for netflix, then a new credit card, then an attempt to get me to change my home insurance.......!! A bit heavy going, be careful, I say.

My husband reached the £40 payout six weeks ago but has so far received nothing. He emailed twice in the last eight days and gotten the same answer both times, saying they are waiting for money to clear into their paypal before paying. Their Facebook page shows multiple other survey takers with the same complaint. Survey at your own risk.

Updated 16/4/14: Money was paid today. We're both unsure whether to survey for them going forward.

I have reached the £40 so should have been paid by now, but have received nothing. I've emailed them twice and not received anything back. What looks like a good idea is a massive hassle if you don't get paid, or repeatedly have to keep chasing. Avoid.

Nearly 6 weeks and still waiting to get paid by Onepoll. I had an email saying I might get paid 3 days ago. I didn't. Another email saying I should get paid tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. If you don't want a loud of hassle then avoid Onepoll!
  • I'm not sure if One Poll are still operating as I heard about them from a friend on another site and tried to join up, but with no success and no reply to my questions about the failure.
All I get is that I've tried to log on with miss-matched details, even after re setting them.

I've been with them a year now and about 2 months ago I hit £38.00 so thought that I would reach £40 by May (my 1 year anniversary!). How wrong could I be. I am now on £39.40 and in the last month the amount of surveys that I'm eligable for has dropped considerably. I am hoping that I reach £40 within the next two weeks.

I haven't got that far yet and been a member much longer than you but i did find that on another website called Vivactic as got to £12.09 and was like that for months so unsubscribed. If I find this one is the same, I will unsubscribe as I don't waste my time any more plus its less in my inbox to read lol

Interesting since their site isn't working correctly atm. They posted about it on facebook, but i'm starting to get annoyed. As they stated it was fixed :/
  • Ah, OnePoll.

I had 6 screenouts and 1 failed survey (answer a question that isn't there) out of 9 invites today. My record is 8 out of 8 surveys that all were "not quite for me".

They have my demographic information, but they obviously don't use it to determine invites. They don't answer emails (all 3 polite enquiries to their "contact" address so far totally ignored). Does anyone know of any way to get in contact that they'll answer?

I'm sorry if 'invites' isn't a word. I'm a little bit fed up with these jokers :)

They're still listed as a good company to do surveys for here on MSE, which is why I joined up - are the majority doing just fine and it's just me, or can anyone else relate? I'm not blaming MSE here (MSE saved me from a very bad situation) at all! Just making it known that I have had problems so that the information is out there and we can be better informed :)

I mean all surveys unsuitable on the first question ... that's just silly.
