I'm 'elderly'. no car, no kids, don't smoke. I drink but not that often. I get a reasonable number of surveys.

grumble...getting bored of VO at the moment. At least with Pureprofile you get 5p if you don't qualify, I know it's not much, but I'm sure those little bits are adding up for me!

Though VO Tesco vouchers are a big incentive...

VO are my faves to got through at the mo, seem to get alot of surveys from them and my couchers are piling up

Enter login and password, submit, and it kicks me straight to enter details again?

Not too impressed.

I have been trying to log in from there link contained in the emails they keep sending me.

By trying the link you gave, no problems.

There are often problems logging into VO email links, best to use their webpage log in.

re- logging in problems, always used the main site.

Must admit, im getting a bit fed up with them. Its taking way over 28 days to get a credit and a £1.50 survey that was on there for ages has simply has disappeared. Tried emailing them and they say they have a backlog of credits or 'IT' issues. I probably havent received a credit for 4 weeks. Currently have around £8 pending for 7 surveys ive completed. Some of them are way over 28 days.

I've been waiting for my £10 tesco gift card for well over 2 months now, I keep emailing them asking to send me it out/where is it that kind of thing. They keep telling me they'll send one out but so far i'm still waiting....
