I've received £20 of vouchers in the last 8 months. BUT, they won't let me receive amazon voucher for some reason so I have to request Tesco ones instead. Both times it has gone over the 28days after request and I've only received the vouchers after emailing VO, always getting the same reply 'sorry but a problem with our suppliers'...
Bascially a good site, but you need to watch your credits so you can request the vouchers immediately, and then be happy to wait nearer 50days (instead of the 28 quoted) to receive the rewards!

I can't remember how long i've been with Valued Opinions but have found them to be good so far... Ordered a £10 tesco voucher at the beginning of december, it arrived about 5 weeks later and I have just sent for another one last month so well worth doing.

But, did anyone do the mobile phone networks survey several weeks ago? promised to pay £5 plus 13p for every text message you sent them. I completed it successfully and sent them a few texts but it hasn't even appeared in 'pending'

if i remember rightly, there was a survey (think it was the lottery one ?) that people filled in and it wasnt shown as pending or anything but did appear in their account after a couple of months

I've done a few of these £5+13p per text surveys over the last few years, and none of them have ever appeared as pending. The money will turn up as credited, usually after about eight weeks or so going by my past experience.

I've never personally had any problems with VO. Last year, I redeemed something in the region of £70 in Boots and Amazon vouchers, and so far this year I've had one Boots voucher and have enough to request another once my pending points clear.

I don't qualify for every survey by any means (I doubt anyone does, to be honest!) but I'd estimate that I qualify for around 65% of the surveys that they send and that's been good enough to get the vouchers that I've had so far.

If you're not qualifying for surveys, I can only assume that you're not fitting the demographics for those surveys. For quite a few surveys, they only seem to want people from certain demographics and that seems to be the case across lots of survey companies.

I've been waiting days for a £1.50 survey to be credited to my account. All of a sudden, it's disappeared from my pending credits and has yet to be awarded to my overall total.

Emailed VO yesterday and as of yet, have not received a reply.

That's funny cos I had started logging exactly when I did a survey and then chasing them up when it had been more than 28 days (as it says when you complete a survey that you will be paid 28 days after doing survey). I only had to do this once (for 4 surveys though) and since about October I haven't had any problems, so over the last month or so I've not been bothered to log which surveys I've done and when, but I am sure I have a couple missing from my list. I have now started being more vigilant, logging everything again, but I really don't know how much I am missing, but I'm sure something is.
Hmm, and I used to think VO was one of the good guys...


Edited to add: Darren, have you checked to see if the missing survey is in your reward history? Sometimes they get moved to there, but it then takes a day or two for the value to be updated. (usually only happens when you need the amount to make it up to £10...)

I did check my reward history, but it wasn't there either. However some progress has been made because I've received an email from Isobel saying that the credit has now been added manually (which it has).

Apart from this blip, I've found VO to be a pretty good survey site. However from now on, I will be keeping a close check on what surveys I've done for them.

Blimey I wasn't expecting this superb speed of service - I ordered my first paper voucher (Tesco) on Sunday, and it arrived in today's post!! :T:T
