Lightspeed seem happy to let you answer all the questions and then tell you that 'they've already got enough replies'. Thanks a bunch !

You can sign up to as many sites as you like, it doesn't matter, I'm a member of most of the good ones.
Have you made sure your profile is 100% filled out? On most survey sites you have to fill in short questions on your household, shopping habits, employment status etc. If your profile isn't filled out properly that will limit the amount of surveys you get invited to.

How are the Amazon vouchers sent with the likes of TNS/My Survey? The reason I ask is because they quote a 4-6 week delivery time which seems to suggest they may send them through the post, when other people offering vouchers just send you an e-mail with the code.

I decided when on Mat leave to boost my meagre maternity pay with doing surveys and like most people, found very few sites that are worth particiapting with.

I found out about Pinecone, - through this site I think - and then just kept doing searches for it - they post banners every now and again, which people generally report the location of, and you can try to track them down (No, not sure where any are now, joined many moons ago!!) I got a banner, got an invite, and now do approx 1 survey a month. Sometimes more and sometimes less.

It is good, guarenteed payment (via paypal/luncheon vouchers) and the surveys are interesting to do, and take about 15-20 minurtes. Doesn't matter if you've never used the product, as they are after a wide range of thoughts. You usually get screening surveys (about 3 questions) before they send a full one - no good asking which cigarettes you prefer if you don't smoke!!!!

They take your home address or paypal details when you join, and you get sent vouchers through the post - or direct into your account. It takes a few days, but always arrives.

For those who are interested, good luck in being invited.

I don't think I've broken any of their rules by saying what I've said - I suppose they have to be careful so they don't leak any of their client's ideas whilst still in trialling !!
Always on the look out for a bargain. :smileyhea Thanks if you've helped me bag one.

I believe they do send an email. I know valued opinions actually send the code in the post which is a bit silly...and costly!

I use Opinion world and even though most of their surveys don't pay you they do send you atleast 3 to 5 paid surveys (£1 - £5) every month. I have also been invited to focus groups by them too. They are OK.
If i had known then what I know now! :)

For anybody that has signed up to Dooyoo after reading the new article, please take a few minutes to read through the first couple of posts in this thread HERE

The article is slightly misleading as reviews do not need to be 'just 150 words long' - they need to contain at least 150 words of personal opinion, in addition to any description of the product, ingredients, factual information. Dooyoo also quality check all reviews before issuing payouts and substandard reviews will not be paid for.

Rather than just churning out review after review, spend some time reading and rating other reviews on the site (from established rather than new members) to give you an idea of the general standard of reviews.

Incidentally, the minimum claim level is now £20 for Amazon vouchers.

I just wanted to add my experience in the form of my money earned.

YouGov: Joined July 2007, balance £26.50

Pinecone: Joined July 2007, earned £48

    DooYoo: 9 reviews written, balance 10325 points / £10.32

Also have accounts with others such as Toluna but have never bothered much with these so not fair to comment on their payouts.
