Survey sites guide discussion

Very interesting read, thanks for posting!
Maybe the survey guide could be amended to tell people not to join Opinion Outpost if you're already a member of Nectar Canvass? I tried to do just that, not realising they're both linked somehow, and now I've been blocked from taking surveys on both sites. I've been a member of Nectar Canvass for ages and I've been trying to build up my points so it's very annoying. I've tried emailing them but they're pretty useless.
Also has anyone else had a shortage of Pure Profile surveys? Now that I've reached £23 I seem to be stuck there. I'm checking the website several times a day, but it's been five months since I've been able to complete a full survey and I only earned 10p last month. Are they trying to trick me out of my £25 or is there some other reason for the lack of surveys? I used to earn a couple of pounds a month, and that's when I rarely bothered to check the site.0 -
I agree about Pureprofile--its really dried up for me over the last 2 or 3 months.
Is anybody with "Power of opinions"?
With a target of 1000 for a payout, I was SLOWLY building up towards it. Around 3 weeks ago I had 300 odd points then suddenly it shot up to 1300. I don`t know where that came from as there is no real breakdown of figures on the site. So I cashed out 1000 to Paypal,(not yet arrived), leaving 300 in the account. Today I have logged in and found my balance has changed to Zero! even though I have definitely done more surveys since the cashout?0 -
Is anyone having problems logging into there Mindmover account?
I have tried and keeps telling me my email address is not on there system.
So I try resetting my password and again can't log on.0 -
I have just tried and logged in immediately without a problem. If you are still having problems and you're certain that you have input correct details, I'd contact their helpdesk.0

Does anyone think that there is something funny going on at onepoll as there are people waiting for up to 2 months for payment and they keep blaming paypal?
i have called them and they claim that payments would be made by today Wednesday but still its paypal fault as they said they wont let them send funds.
Have they ran out of Money?0 -
Clixsense reported problems with paypal on monday evening as well.
It could be paypal, it could be onepoll.0 -
4 separate websites I use have had Paypal problems in the last week.
Also, to add to that Paypal themselves had problems last week where selected people cashed out and their money was sent using the old method, which takes about 5 working days. I was affected and they sent me an email as follows:
We wanted to let you know about an issue that impacted a recent withdrawal request from your PayPal account. Due to a technical issue on 4 September 2014, a withdrawal that you requested from your PayPal account went through an old process instead of the new Faster Payments Service. As a result, this withdrawal will not post to your bank account until Tuesday, 9 September. The issue was fixed on 5 September and all future withdrawals will be processed through the Faster Payments Service.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
OnePoll have usually been honest in the past in saying that they are waiting for funds to come in or whatever, and I don't know of them blaming Paypal in the past. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
