I got the same e-mails from Mysurvey and Lightspeed but decided against it. Don't know why, just a gut feeling, didn't really feel comfortable with it. Plus I thought the rewards were very low considering what they were asking you to do. 50 points per month? that's not much at all.

I feel as you, nametaken, I've had several invitations over the years to install this type of software for survey sites and I feel really uncomfortable about it. There would have to be very serious money on the table for me to even consider it. However, I've not heard of anything bad happening to anyone using it, except for the later poster whose had problems with her computer, I worry about the security of it though.

Wow, I've just completed a survey which was clearly from Microsoft and it's concerns over Google domination over the Internet. The questions were like a plea from Microsoft to abandon Google because "They are big meanies who are eating into our profits" and "Google won't share their technology with us" a bit hypocritical coming from Microsoft.
The questions started out okay but then got more and more biased with every page, I've never seen anything so brazen in all the years I've been doing surveys.

i get loads of surveys from TNS & have found that the quicker i do them after the initial email then the more they send me.
last night i went to a focus group as a follow up from a survey i`d done earlier in the year for them. it took just over an hour, we got fed & watered, everyone was really friendly & i got a £50 tesco voucher in return for going!

I agree with the comments about Toluna being very slow to pay - I was about to contact them about a voucher I ordered when I saw the estimated date the voucher is due to arrive hasn't arrived yet.

I also just noticed that some of my points have expired because they are more than two years old. Is this a new thing because I wasn't aware of it before?

Not sure if I should use this thread or not but does anyone have contact details for MyVoice? I did a focus group for them a while back and got the points added to my account and ordered some vouchers, half turned up and half didn't.

I've tried messaging them a couple of times from their site but they don't seem to be responding, they do normally respond.
2p off is still 2p off!
