Where did you see the banner ? I have been a member for a few years and my friend would love to join but we haven't seen a sign up banner for ages.
Anyone a member of Panelbase.net? Are they worth joining?
Thanks
Hi, I'm a member of panel base, I don't really get many surveys from them but I mostly qualify for them when I do get them. I've been a member just over a year and I'm on £9.50 so I can't wait until I get my £10 voucher. If your not bothered about the wait, then there probably worth joining.
As far as pinecone is concerned, I asked someone from the board to refer me, are you not able to refer your friend??0 -

Check the pinecone research link thread, post number 331, there's a link there which takes you to the sign up page and it still works.0 -
One i have joined recently is Harris Interactive (as it is always featured on 8 out of ten cats, so i assume it must be good)
Only been doing it for a few weeks, but working my way through towards the cash!0 -

Hi - I followed a link recently posted here - typed in annikas into google and it hada link on there. I signed up and they emailed me yesterday asking a few more questions. Apparently I will be invited to do a survey soon!0 -
Morning - yesterday I got an email fro Lightspeed asking me to join their digital panel, which involves downloading a piece of software onto my computer which measures the way I use the internet and track advertising campaigns I see. I use these survey sites from my work computer so just wondered if anything knew anything about this software before I go ahead and download it! The rewards points seem ok though - 100 points for downloading, and 50 per month thereafter.
Also noticed a similar thing on Mysurvey, assuming it is the same thing?
Thanks0 -
I got the same e-mails from Mysurvey and Lightspeed but decided against it. Don't know why, just a gut feeling, didn't really feel comfortable with it. Plus I thought the rewards were very low considering what they were asking you to do. 50 points per month? that's not much at all.0

I did some research for MarketResearch4U. Most of their research is in London - North, South and most in the West End but they also offer research in Hertfordshire eg Radlett & St Albans. The ladies running it were really friendly.
They offered me £40 for an hour an a half but as far as I can see that seems to be the going rate for focus group. They do offer £50 for a lot and also from time to time there are some really high payers. It depends what you qualify for.0 -

I HAVE downloaded the Lightspeed Digital software and my advice is......DON'T DO IT! It messes with IE something crazy, makes the pages jump around anytime you click on anything and logging on to the PC from scratch takes about ten times as long.:mad::mad:
I am running Vista Business with IE 7, so it may be different for others, but it basically messed things around so bad I immediately uninstalled it. Even so, it still took a few reboots before everything came back as before, nearly had a heart attack, thought I was going to have reinstall Windows or restore back to yesterday or something, luckily it didn't come to that.
The Lightspeed software is called GACELA and I haven't been able to find out anything about it on Google. It sounds evil.
I also downloaded the Nielsen software and that gave no problems to my PC at all, but I have now uninstalled it because the incentive is rubbish. You get 3 chances to enter a prize draw which you probably won't win, and to enter to have to take time out to play their stupid games. NOT worth it IMHO.0 -
I got an email from Mindmover a few days ago to say I'd won second prize - £100 cheque - in the prize draw. :T I've replied to the email and got a reply back to say it can take up to 56 days for me to get my prize.
Has anyone else ever won? If so, how long did it take you to get your prize?
Also, I have a link for Ipsos if anyone wants to join.0
