Just checked the site and there are some new £2.95 titles added Monday morning.

has anyone had any dispatch emails yet? only ordered a few dvds but nearly all on back order which i've heard means they wont be sent at all.

i received a couple of dvds on saturday but unfortunately all of the others are on back order i think its down to luck mainly

I received 6 dvd's from filmnight this morning (all different titles I hasten to add lol!) and have had dispatch e-mails for a couple of others. I guess with the special offers it depends on who gets their order in first. For all of the problems with the site last week, at least they process their orders properly - first-come, first-served.

Still hasn't changed for this sale and it should be, easy to do. All it needs to be changed to is:

'Offers are available only whilst sale stocks last', or
'Offers are available only while reduced-price stocks last'

'Offers are available only while stocks last' is inaccurate in the way you are using it. The fact you can't get anymore cheap stock is immaterial with the wording you are still using. You DO have stock. So you need to differientate between them which you are not doing.

This is due to the unusual way you are holding your sale. If you did what most places do and just sell all your stock of something then the 'Offers are available only while stocks last' disclaimer would be accurate. As you're doing it differently and only selling a couple of the 'good' things you need to change it. Otherwise you are just going to keep annoying potential customers. When you get to the point (and we are already there in some cases) that prices are similar across many online retailers you have to go with past experience, and for a lot of people their experiences with Filmnight are not going to be very positive ones.

I can't imagine many people could possibly have ordered before me.

In some cases, first to order meant first to be cancelled.

Received 3 DVD's now, first came on Saturday then 2 more today, just another 8 or so to go

has anyone else had a problem cancelling orders? i accidently ordered a dvd i already have and tried to cancel it 3 days ago and have today been told its been despatched :@
