they won't tell me anything, just said someone is doing the "additional checks" and that I should allow them 7-10 days!! I said why, last year u done it while I was on the phone and she said sorry!! She was a snotty cow and I told her so!! She was giving it all bollix so I reminded her I did apply last yeAr and know the process. Fcuk em - I smell decline the whole way hahaha
