    Hello
I thought I had the same problem with this one. However a guy from Hyatt called me and the night is not allocated on your account as you may think.
You need to log into your account, look at Awards from the menu and select My Promotional Awards and it should show a free night credit in this section under the heading 'The Big Welcome Free Night Award'
    Hope this helps

    Great tip Lousue, many thanks
My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly :)

Our Precious Baby Tianna has now joined our Family, she is much loved and very welcome, xxx

Sorry to bump this up again but has anyone stayed in a hotel yet? I'm just worried about extra costs or catches, thinking of staying at the one in Birmingham soon but can't really afford to if there is any hidden costs.

  • I have also won a free night inthe Hyatt and would like to stay at the Hyatt regency in London for my wedding anniversary. Would be grateful if anyone who has stayed could tell of extra charges/breakfast rates etc

    Thanks
