Thanks so much Mamzie, just had a WEM from Hyatt to say I have won a free night at any Hyatt Hotel worldwide from the Gold Passport Sweepstake competition:beer:. Now I have the lovely task of choosing which one and when to go, I'm thinking maybe Paris in October (if I can get a cheap deal on Eurostar!) or London in December for Christmas shopping - decisions, decisons:rotfl:.

I also won, thanks Mamzie - but I think I remember seeing that you receive your gold passport card after you have stayed one night in a Hyatt Hotel. So I am guessing you would have to pay for a night first to get the card, then you can book the free night Can anyone clarify this?

Hmmm... I'm not sure. I think if you need to take your passport card along with you to the hotel it could be a problem. But my account is already valid and open (just minus the card), and my email says it will be credited to the account in 4-5 days and it looks like I can make the booking then, from the account. There could be another problem if there is a different number we need to use on the passport card when we make the booking - it is very confusing.

Hope that makes sense, it only half does to me!

Edited to add - I just tried to make a mock booking via my account and it didn't look like I needed to add a passport card number - fingers crossed!
