    Hello
    I thought I had the same problem with this one. However a guy from Hyatt called me and the night is not allocated on your account as you may think.
    You need to log into your account, look at Awards from the menu and select My Promotional Awards and it should show a free night credit in this section under the heading 'The Big Welcome Free Night Award'
    Hope this helps

    Thanks Lousue, I wouldnt have known to look there, but it is still not showing up for me. When did you win your free night?

    I won mine at the beginning of the promotion and I finally found the credit last weekend, so I'm not sure how long it had been there before I found out where to look. Hope your free night appears soon
