When I registered they sent me a temporary card by email, with my account number on it. It stated: You may print a copy of your temporary card above to use until your permanent membership card arrives following your first stay.

I can't find any phone number to ring to clarify whether it is ok to book on the temporary card, I guess I'll just wait the 4-5 days and see if it is credited, and what happens when I try to use it. I'm trying not to get too excited just in case it all goes pear shaped :rolleyes:

Mine was in the confirmation email I got when I signed up to the scheme, did you receive that? All my emails from Hyatt have gone through to my junk mail. I'm sure if you call them they will have a record of it and should resend it.

Wonder what happens if you book a room for 2? Would the other person have to pay a supplement do you think?
