    Hi all

mghagster - thanks for the explanation, I've never heard of a web book.

mum2one - glad things are on the mend

Mel- I 'think' I like to be organised so jumped at the chance of joining the Rudolph club as it involves getting the house done, de-cluttering etc. But have I done any of that???? Well, apart from pages and pages of lists -Nope!

All this talk of sausages, I could just do with a sausage butty - pity there isn't any in the house.

Rufusdog - you're doing really well with those bags. Annoying when something goes wrong with equipment or supplies just when you are hoping to get everything finished in one go.

SO glad little one is feeling better mum2one I hope she starts to brighten up now. There are so many horrible things going round these days it worries the life out of you. It's not like when I was little and you just used to get a simple bug!

Rufus Can you show me a picture of your patchwork bags please? They sound fantastic. I am too scared to get my new sewing machine out because i'm rubbish on them! Think of it this way.. you got 3 and a bit bags made and ready, that is fantastic :) (Says I in jealousy) I hope your memorial plaque is nice xx

Anglea Stop giving away our secrets!! We are appearing to be organised but infact like to just talk about it and make lists :rotfl:LOVE lists!! (Not as much as christmas though..)

Mhagster You are a true moneysaving genius :D I love all of your bargain finds and am very jealous I don't have that here!! I am laughing thinking of you clicking away in the garden annoying the neighbours :T

Scattymam Cliff Richard!! HONESTLY!! I love it :rotfl:Well done on the free sausage score WOOPA!! Hows things going? Is the baby giving you any grief yet.. isn't time going so fast!! We're all counting down to Christmas and you're counting down to explosion.

    Hello all !
First off - I found my Travelodge receipts !!!!!:T I'd had some fam.history stuff printed out and left it in a plastic file........and there they were -looked yesterday and couldn't see for looking............lol So, panic over :rotfl:

    Mhagster - cobweb chaser:

Take one gardening glove - push some cotton wool or cushion stuffing up the middle finger (just a small ball)
Piece of doweling -push it up the glove inside the middle finger and then stuff the rest of the glove with cotton wool, old tights, cushion stuffing etc. as far as the wrist of the glove.
Tie ribbon around the wrist with tag saying what it is else no-one will know..............lol

Can't remember which site I got it off -I've had it about a year.........(haven't I Mel)
Sorry, can't put piccys on..........haven't got all the hi-tech stuff like digi camera, scanner etc.
I'll see if I can find the site and pop a link on.
    Mary

I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !

Mel - I know Im so excited, I love christmas but the run up is just as exciting to me. I love going to the manchester christmas markets, driving round looking at all the houses covered in lights, the lot. BF has said something about getting married!!!! only that he wants to have it in Vegas and to be honest I am more then happy to do that. I've always dreamed of having the fairytale princess wedding but I dont care about that anymore I just wanna marry him..... bloody hell he has me wrapped around his little finger lol x x x x x x

Hi Mel - your question about this week's activities -

Hope to stick a finished embroidery into a card without any problems then post it.
Apart from that send some more cards to other people I've already got prepared. To arrive by Saturday.

For 13th I want to buy one of those gardening DVD's that are in a set with a greeting card and get some wrapping paper that can suit any occasion, perhaps get a pack of tissue with fancy ribbons.

Got card and pressie ready for 16th.

Father's Day - haven't started on that yet, want to get those other cards out of the way first..

Other- want to write out food gift recipes into notebook

Home organising - I think you need to set some tasks for this each month Mel, otherwise I'm going to have a very cluttered house by Christmas. Another procrastinator I have is home repairs. The list is long and of course Rudolph club is far more interesting.:D

Mhagster - cobweb chaser - this is where I found it. Hope that helps

http://www.allfreecrafts.com -not sure this link will work -anyway if you go on there, click the turqoise tab along the top that says Free Craft Projects, then on the list that comes up, click Homewarming than scroll down to 'Garden Glove cobwebber'

    On the same site:
    http://www.allfreecrafts.com/mothers-day/washcloth-wrapped-soap

Its under the Mothers Day section but would be lovely as a little added christmas pressie.
