Hello....oooh! I am on the big computer in grumpy son's room, checking out all my spam emails....nearly 600! offering me all sorts of enticing things!!......now all deleted.
I am usually on my tiny web book and have to keep scrolling down and moving pages over to read them....this is a pleasure!
Still need to go and iron, have faffed about trying to find out ferry fares for going to France in the summer but OMG tooo much money, we are waiting to see if our usual travel company reduces it's prices.....what am I like....Melanie Pink Person is showing us her beautiful work and I am looking forward to my summer holidays!
Please don't chuck me off the thread!
Sitting on my backside at this computer watching the good, healthy people out jogging and speedwalking past my house.....good for
them!
Must go and iron.....I really must! Will catch up tomorrow,

I really can't keep up with this thread - I thought the card making one was bad.
PLM - thanks for sharing your fabulous pics - I think my favourite make of yours (although its hard to choose one), is your xmas bauble with your daughter's pic inside.
There's a few other reduced kids toys at amazon - I'll post some links if anyone's interested!! My family is small (and I mean minute), but my OH's family is huge and its getting bigger every year, so I really have to start getting presents in early. I try and get all the kids sorted first and then the adults.
Last year I made quite a few things for xmas presents - mainly for my Mum, I would like to make more but I don't know if other's would appreciate handmade gifts. I bought my Mum a K and Co scrapbook album and made her a few pages for it. I made her a little notebook, a keepsake box and a shadow box frame thingie, so I don't know what else there is left to do. I'm thinking of getting her a recipe index card box thing and decorating that - maybe for her addresses and contact numbers, I'm not sure what else she could use it for as she doesn't really cook.0 -
I've just thought of a few things that I want to make for xmas that I didn't get round to last year - my own xmas cards and some boxes of handmade cards to give away as presents. I'm also going to do a few mini scrapbooks of my new son (when he arrives ) for presents.0

I was far more organised last year all done and wrapped by the end of November so the 2 days I took off work was spent relaxing and I didn't have a huge cradit card bill to look forward to in January either.
I'm getting there slowly......................................
I always feel like that and I do it to myself. I promised last year I wouldn't run round everywhere and I still did.. WELL NO MORE!! This year is going to be about the kids and about relaxing and just doing so much fun and christmassy things together and of course Lee :T My family will all learn to rally about me for a change!! MAKE A STAND PADDY.. NO MORE RUNNIN ABOUT AND DOING TOO MUCH!!:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0 -
My written reminder of each Christmas is a long list at the back of my Dairy Diary so a scrapbook like yours Mel (lovely pages) would be such a treat.
However, I'm on my 'not another craft project' alert so I might have to pretend I haven't seen yours LOL0
