    **TRAGIC LIFE STORY ALERT**

    Hello All,

Sorry I haven't been around for a bit but I have been a little bit poorly.

    **TMI ALERT**
I woke up on monday and couldn't take a deep breathe without a sharp pain under my rib and literally had to crawl downstairs. I am still bleeding heavily too so I saw the doctor today who was absolutely brilliant and told me he thinks I have retained some placenta and I need an emergency scan and then possibly a D+C. I have extreme needlephobia and I was really proud of myself because I went to have my bloods done. He thinks the pain is an infection and that I have extreme anemia but I have got to go back tomorrow for an emergency appointment for my bloods results which I thought was fantasticly quick.

    **TMI OVER**

So I got home and just seeing the word 'miscarriage' on paper really broke my heart and it made me feel upset again. I was walking up the stairs behind my daughter because she is adamant she will climb the stairs herself so I stay right behind her. I saw a glossy leaflet on the stairs and stopped to pick it up but because I can hardly bend it took me a long time. As I stood up I saw my daughter fall backwards, smack her head on the stairs, somersault and smack the front of her head. I screamed and caught her but she is bruised all down her back and legs. I was upset enough and I just didn't need this now, my poor little princess.

I have just had a good sleep and now I feel much better and princess was very happy within ten seconds of her accident but will go to ballet looking like nostradamus now.

    **TRAGIC LIFESTORY OVER**

Hi all and hi to the new folk,

I can see you will all be busy with those bargains I've read on here, and I wonder how many of you will be making that cake?

I'm driving myself insane at the mo as I can't make a decision on notebooks, folders etc although it's nearly July already. Plus, yesterday I COULD NOT stop myself from buying a special pack of journals (2 smallish in a set -one is just lined pages, the other 4 seasonal sections) PLUS another different one (Miss Naughty of the Mr Men with sections on addresses, Shopping, Monthly, events and Notes) all of which I thought could make alternatives to all the folders I already bought.

The really annoying thing is the journal set was something that looked really nice all packaged up and said the photos were from Chelsea, so I presumed all the pages would have pics on them. Of course, the only pics were the ones on the front and back covers and the actual pages themselves were a bit dark.........

I wonder if I'm the only one in organising folder hell?

Still can't make up my mind about the cleaning plans either. I'm a bit scared that the ones I've seen will be a 'two week wonder' for me.

girls, remember to go to creativity life and vote for Mel, hopefully someone can come along with a link!
She's not quite in the lead so get voting and keep her in......or else!

I had a day off work today. Was at a meeting at school today which went on and on.... met a friend for lunch.....imagine a child free conversation.......2 hours of bliss! then mad dash home with a quick dash into Aldi to get there oh so cheap but oh so tasty fruit!!

I am supposed to be clearing my kitchen of clutter ,I want to start decorating at the weekend so need to de -clutter and have a good clean before the mammoth task of painting begins.
However I am sitting at table watching corrie and putting off starting the job!!

Pinkladymel - Hugs, what an awful time you are having. I had a similar scare and pain with my little boy who is now 5 months and it turned out to be an infection like Doctor has said to you. Fingers crossed, and more hugs x x

I bought my untidy daughter aged 12 and 1/2 ( apparently the 1/2 is important) a recipe journal for Christmas and aim to fill it with lots of lovely recipes and cooking advice for her. She enjoys baking and cooking and thought this is something she can keep forever and pass on to her babies........!
