thank you again for directing me toward ISP, i have already had an email off Edwin Mutton working for ISP this morning at quarter to 9, what a quick response! He said they will investigate and get back to me. :T
lets hope they have more luck with talktalks customer service than anyone else seems to have! (have googled them, and the results are shockingly bad!)

Hi all, I won three items in the recent Glamour giveaway, so far I have received two items and am still waiting for the lip gloss (urgently required as mine has just run out!). Is anyone else still waiting? How long should I wait before contacting them and whom should I contact?

hi im bk(again!) i was lucky enough to win a magnum pleasure card, but uncertain where i can spend it, can i spend it anywhere or just certain places, as i have sin a lovely top in dps!

As far as I'm aware you can use them wherever you can use Mastercard. So dottyP's should be fine!

There was info on how to use it on the letter that came with the card - enjoy!

Has anyone had any trouble with MOTO comps ?

In may I got a email to say I had won £250 worth of proppa.com vouchers , yet never recieved them.
I have phoned and emailed MOTO every month and they say they will get onto proppa.com to remind them.
Then the other day I phoned againa and was told they have done all they can do and they dont know why proppa havent sent me the vouchers.

I am so dissapointed , any ideas if I can do anything else about this ?

7 What happens if my prize doesn’t turn up?
This is going to be individual to each comp. Usually it will state in the T & C for each comp how long it should take for the prizes to be dispatched to winners. As a general rule though or in the absence of any particular details in the T & C, allow 28 days, (allow more if we are experiencing postal strikes or extreme weather conditions). If the prize hasn't arrived by then, get in touch with the company offering the prize. Try to contact the person whose details you have & ask politely if there is a problem with delivery. A telephone call is the best way, but failing that try emailing them. If they don't reply, look on the original website for contact details & contact them, again being as polite as you can.

If you still get no response from them, there are a few different things you can try.

The Institute of Sales Promotions [EMAIL="complaints@isp.org.uk"]complaints@isp.org.uk[/EMAIL] lay down the guidelines which comp organisors must follow. MSE Compers have reported that they are very good at investigating dodgy comps & missing prizes with one chap in particular [EMAIL="edwinm@isp.org.uk"]Edwin Mutton[/EMAIL], being an absolute star.

The Advertising Standards Authority have an online complaints form.

I had an issue with a prize not turning up & after chasing politely for 5 months, I mentioned that I had been advised to talk to the Institute of Sales Promotions about the matter. Funnily enough that resulted in a letter of apology within a few days, along with a box of ‘Apology Goodies’ & my prize turned up 2 weeks later. Just remember to keep your cool & remain polite.

I've moved out from my parents house and i'm renting a house.
Is it ok to still enter comps with my parents address?
As I don't want prizes or junk mail going to my new place incase I move out.
Surely they wont check the electrol roll?
