Whenever I enter kids comps I use my details and on those that require you state an age I usually state my age and in brackets write on behalf of a 7yr old, .. wonder if this makes a difference. I don't enter that many for kids and haven't won anything yet0 -
Having returned to comping after many years away from it, I'm enjoying it again and the fellow compers are great.
Sitting in in front of the fire entering competitions during the awful wintery weather is lovely, but do you folks find you spend a lots less time comping in the Summer months? I'm a mad keen gardener and beginning to worry how neglected my garden is going to be this year.0 -
Since the Summer we have taken on a rescue 2 year old Boxer, in the first week he dug a 2 feet deep hole, chewed the branches off of every shrub and everything in pots was soon scattered all over what was left of the lawn. I think unless I can win a large dog cage the garden will be the least of my problems this yearLuck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

Oh bless, boxers are so silly, I grew up around them folks always had them. I have two wrinkly Shar Pei who are too lazy to dig the garden up. :rolleyes:0 -
He sounds like our Border Collie that picked us to live with last year, lol. He wrecked our lawn, so much that we had to returf all the side, and make seperate front for him, which we we astroturfed. That stuff is great for very active dogs, totally fab.My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly
Our Precious Baby Tianna has now joined our Family, she is much loved and very welcome, xxx0 -
