If your using Hotmail..
Go to Options, then Personal e-mail signature you can set up so that each time
you open a new email your name and address is already there
Saves doing copy & paste each time xx

Does anyone know how to save a signature on BTinternet? I cannot find anyway of adding one and always have to manually write in my address on every entry so would be grateful if anyone knew how to save a signature on btinternet.

My advice is to stop using your BT account for comping.I'm on BT for my ISP but all my comping is via Hotmail.It's easy to set a signature up in this.If that is not suited use Gmail.I'd really get a dedicated comping email addy if I was you as it saves any spam on your main account & you can see that all the posts are comp related.Plus you can get access to hotmail all over the place without the risk of compromise on your BT account if you use webmail to access it.
I've gone further and have a seperate PAYG phone for comps.

Maybe my wording could have been clearer.I connect to to the internet via BT.I have a BT internet address but this is only given to close family.My next level is Gmail for most other things.All comping is via a dedicated Hotmail account.I then know that if I enter on a slightly spammy site my main and second email addy will not a lot of spam.Plus I can access it at any location without compromising my two main accounts.I also have all the mail from my Bt addy sent to my Gmail account automatically.
