I got a phone call whilst I was out today to say I had won a competition but I wasn't home and my hubby took the message. They said they would call back but didn't.

Checked the number and it's a 012xx number so not an 0800 type number but when I called it the line was dead so seems suss to me?!

I did enter online the other day but my gut feeling is telling me it's some dodgy timeshare or something where they are trying to get me to buy other services?

Any advise welcome!

Just want to let people know that I might not be able to post the Su-doku Selection answer for a while as they seem to have sent me a magazine which says Su-doku Selection on the outside but is actually Su-doku Killers on the inside. I've emailed the editor and i'll have a look when it's in the shops to see whether it's just my magazine or all of them

will do now as soon as i've sorted out the different way they've done it on the online entry....

Anybody got a system for doing the competitions?

All I seem to do daily is go back a few pages to the first posts of the day, then work my way forward, is that the way to do it? Any tips?

That's how I do it too, I know some people use the search facility (See VelvetGloves Comping Guide) and do them in end date order too.
