A win i had earlier this week was picked up by google alerts, which a few people have asked me about.

click on that fill in with your details and bingo it will alert u by email if ur name pops up on net xxx i have it primed with my username and normal name and town so i know it should def catch me, also u can set up a few easily so can look out for oh as well xxxhth

Benn popping in and out of the house today and as usual I always press 1471 to see if anyone has phoned whilst I was out, and also listen for any messages left on the ansafone. Whats really annoying me is I have had three calls at different times....

"You were called today at (time), the caller withheld their number"

And NO messages left!!!! :mad::mad:

Does anyone know if ITV comps withhold the number when they call? Its bugging me - may stay in tomorrow just to get the phone but then again dont ITV just do a few calls on ONE day then give up?? Maybe just fanciful thinking but if it was it, looks like I have lost out. :eek::eek:

No I don't think they call from witheld number, I remember someone else asking a while back.

I think it's more likely to be someone trying to sell you something.

ITV don't give up Tilly, they will cll til they get you but they don't withhold their number, did you enter the Robinson's comp for a Bottle of Juice and a Sapling Apple tree here? As they have been calling people from a withheld number allday yesterday and today

What if I am out when you call, on holiday or my phone is out of credit?

Daily Telegraph called me the other day, she was really chatty and cheerful as if to impart some good news...and asked how I was etc ..thought I had won something..then asked how would I like a 60% reduction in the price of the paper for the coming month or something.
