it's not fraud, you could be starting up a new small business today, and then tomorrow you could decide to fold. It's not fraud anyway, even if you have no intentions of starting a business, BUT...
by declaring it a business purchase, you may lose some consumer protection as some laws apply to business to consumer transactions but you would be making a business to business transaction. That's why you get a small discount on the consumer price.0 -
