hi can anyone tell me if the Kinnerton's factory shop was in Fakenham is still there and where in fakenhan it is ie rd, etc . do they sell to public and what sort of stuff to be had . thank u

It's right next to Aldiss opposite the market place. So best not to visit on a Thursday as it'll be very difficult to park ;)
They do sell to the public but I think they're only open 10.00 - 4.00 Mon - Fri and poss Sat mornings.

As for what they sell - that depends on when you go. At the right time of year there are loads of these :easter_ba Usually well stocked though. Could be packets of biscuits for most of the well known supermarkets. More often than not there are components from boxed M&S Easter, Mothers Day or Christmas sets (videos, make-up bags, cuddly toys) plus chocolate bars, broken chocs and usually there are walnut whips - minus the walnuts though.

I imagine at the moment they will be Halloween sweets and chocs!

    Thank you:T

I was beginning to this that this was some mythical place - I've spoken to people that have been but nobody seemed to be able to tell me where it is (maybe they want to keep the goodies for themselves!)

I will give it a try tomorrow.
  • Hi, My first post ! In Lancashire there are quite a few factory shops - loads of shoe places in Rawtenstall/Bacup, a hugh one called Winfields that sells everything in Haslingden, Musbury Fabrics in Helmshore sells towels, bed linen and fabric ,good value especially in the Sales, Boundry Mill in Colne mainly clothes / homewares , and Sherrys Towel Mill in Padiam . Hope this helps!
  • Does anyone know if the Eveden Ltd (Lingerie) Factory Shop is still in Whitwick, near Coalville, Leicestershire ? If it is, does any one have any contact details ? Or if it's moved, where to ?

Is this the one located near the massive Tesco?

I went there a few weeks ago and there was nothing much there. Couldn't help but think that I must have been in the wrong place!
