Great Factory Shops Hunt

Would it be possible to start a new 2015 thread so that we know which Factory shops are open as most of these post are from a few years ago. (Soz if not allowed.)

Top quality Belgian Chocolate.

Some good bargains to be had compared to their retail shop prices.
The items that are still in their retail oulets are at least 10% cheaper but seasonal items can be 50 - 70% cheaper.(My favourites are the booze bags - 300grams - £5)
Items that are near best before date are usually cheap AND buy one get one free.

For those in the north of Scotland Deans shortbread factory in Huntly don't have a factory shop but sell seconds in their shop. Walker's in Aberlour make shortbread cakes meringues etc have a great shop at their factory. Can recommend Walkers as I got loads of meringue nests and lots of dark wedding cake slices marzipan and iced for about £2.25 but it depends what they are making in the factory as it changes a lot. Walkers bakers shop in Aberlour has a experimental kitchen in the back so some different cakes biscuits etc and that too is worth a visit. Once a year in November Johnstons cashmere factory in Elgin hire a marquee and have a huge sale of seconds and overmakes. They make cardis and jumpers for lots of fashion houses and big stores. Got a cashmere coat for £100 a few years ago and some cashmere cushions.
Much farther south is the factory shops at Tillicoultry at Sterling Mills Outlet. Great M&S outlet there. Also like the crystal wedgewood factory at Crieff which sells loads of seconds and overmakes of plates etc. I got some lovely willow pattern plates there a few weeks ago for £2 a plate.

The Patersons factory in Livingston have a shop that is open to the public selling cookies, shortbread and preserves, but only on certain days, so best to ring first to see if they are open before setting out.
