Thank you for your reply letter dated 27.05.09 concerning my challenge for the above Penalty Charge Notice.

In this letter you asked me to “please provide a delivery invoice in support of your claim”.
However, in my representation I explained that “I was delivering goods to the car boot sale for my friend”.

I have asked my friend to kindly write me a letter confirming the delivery. This is enclosed with this letter.

I hope you feel this is sufficient, and it would be reasonable to cancel the PCN.

    Yours faithfully,

    Yours faithfully,

just change that to 'I trust you will now cancel the PCN'.

You were a bit too apologetic.

and either delete 'for my friend' or change to 'to someone'.

notification today that a PePiPoo member got Redbridge to withdraw from adjudication and he didn't have much of a case.

someone else is also running just ahead of you on PePiPoo with the 10/14 days issue amongst other things. He has already beaten them at least twice!

Thanks Neil, everyone tells me I'm tooo polite! LOL! But people dont like it when I'm rude.....

Anyway I've made them alterations, and as far as PePiPoo goes, way too confusing for me! Dont understand how to navigate around the site. This one is a lot better for me....LOL! Its promising to hear that other people are managing to beat them.

I hope this will be the end of it.
  • Lodger, you've confused the issue, which is a proscription, with the use of prescribed, which is used here to describe the hours that have been prescribed within which parking is proscribed. Hope that's clear now.

Well, tough one that but I think it may be that you got a PCN because you were parking somewhere that was proscribed at that time and obstructing/parking dangerously. I could be wrong of course. Anyone else??

Cheers & best wishes to all, including those who don't agree with me..
