A question on Yorkshire puddings..
I am cooking a Sunday lunch and won't have enough rom in oven to do everything at once later on. I'm pre making my yorkshires and know you can freeze them. But we are eating them later today, can I keep them out (or put in fridge) or should I freeze and just take out later on? I'm concerned they will go soggy if I leave them out?0 -
They definitely go soggy if just left. I'd pop them in the freezer and then reheat.
