I very rarely have yoskshire puddings left over as what doesn't get eaten a lunchtime is eaten for tea with jam or syrup on.

This time somehow I've managed to have half a dozen left over and wondered could I feeze them?

Did you just warm them through in the oven from frozen when you wanted them?

i've wondered about this myself as many moons ago I use to buy those little cardboard things from the freezer section and wonder why I didn't make extra and freeze some myself, however it seems however many that get made the same amount get eaten.I think I better make some when mr HQ is not about!
When you freeze them do you wrap them all together - do they stick if you do?

I have always put them in a freezer bag all together, they do freeze together, but when you defrost them, either by reheating them,or just letting them defrost and then reheating they come apart no problem at all.

I have some left over batter in the fridge from last night, is it still going to be safe to use today.
