  • sent nid's cca request out a while back to fredrickson.got an immiedate response stating the account is on hold.
they have had the second letter since friday,so im waiting to see what happens.
its an old hsbc debt of my o/h.which she pays and wants to.however the dca have got out of controll with there demands for more and more.so if they dont get any more money tuff on them im afrraid.
unless they let her pay what she can afford and stop pretending /selling it on to other dca's(departments)
they wont find a cca if they do it isnt legal.she has been paying regualy for 3 years,so why keep pushing.??????????

    oh,thanks nid

    what for matey?

Great that they put account on hold, this means all adverse data [STRIKE]will[/STRIKE] should also be removed... lol, its a good flaw especially when you want a mortgage - it buys you a week or so to get it sorted before the data reappears lol

I never said any of this and will deny it hehe (its a system flaw for those that are daft!)

cos they are notorious for not keeping data mate. They, along with MBNA have been stung big time cos of unenforceability thus they wanted to apply for a 'stay' but was rejected.....

also, back in 2002 unenforceability was a pipe dream so they issued defunct/unlawful CCA's - most banks/lenders did.

cheers i cant see it being a problem.
ive just checked shes been paying it 5 years.it goes back alot further.
without seeing paperwork i know its unenforcable.also her account was cleared in full by her family but hsbc never took the money as promised they left the loans in place and the money in account.you can guess the rest.
