    Ok, well you've got easy street mate! Just wait and they will do it - if anything send a copy to the CRA and they will amend for you - after checking with cahoot :beer:

    Well Experian always tell me they have checked with Cahoot and it is upto them to remove it. You can deal with Sutton first btw ;p :D

    I can't do owt with you mate - you just have to see if cahoot will deal with it. I;d be looking to send a letter:

    Write strongly suggesting they act in accordance with previous instruction/promise or you'll seek enforcement through the county counts. In doing so, you will also claim any costs incurred along with a statutory compensation claim being submitted for their continued breach of the DPA and in particular; principle 1 which clearly stipulates they will process data fairly. Ask them; Do you consider my repeated letters to you as fair?

    That should do it...... :p

    I am typing the letter with all that included straight away and I will see what happens with it. Probably get lost in their filing system but I will try to be hopeful. Cheers NID your help is very much appreciated! I should owe you a cold beer for all your help over the last few weeks fella :)

    Mate post a copy of your letter before sending it - lets have a mooch? Or PM me if you prefer.... but take out the personal bits like name/address/account etc.... cheers

    Sounds like a plan. I am always up for a !!!!up! I will PM you my first draft then you can have a gander as I am not great at letter writing as I have low concentration issues.
