Shouldn't be a problem getting a refund, they will have a record of the weight of your parcel and from that will be able to work out that the bag was empty.
From previous posts on here CS seem to vary, sometimes they ask you to return damaged or incomplete products, sometimes they don't.

wanna-b-rich, delivery is free if you spend £25 + for delivery to store, or £40 + for home delivery. Often Boots do free delivery in the sales but not this time round. The advantage of ordering from dot com instore is that you can pay with your points which you can't do if you order online.

suetango, my DS likes the "M" cologne best, that's the blue set I think. Just depends if you have a preference but they are both quite nice.

if the colchester sa's realised the price, they would have stripped the shelves bare and put the stock out the back, i do not like any of the staff in there they are all very rude, any coupons they scrutinise, i had some pampers ones sent through the post, enough to cover 2 packs of nappies and they refused them. i haven't been in there for ages can't be arsed with the hassle............and don't even go there with the snotty no7 girl lol

Motherwell has quite a good clearance today - various mens products 40p-£1.xx, lots of make up bits:lipstick 50p, foundation £3 loads of other bits, contact lens cleaner 70p, mens hair colour 50p (I think). Glass jar of Sanctuary Salt £2.xx and lots of minis at 50p plus other things that I have forgotten.

Noticed quite a few reduced SEL's too Johnsons baby shampoo and soft wash, some shampoos and some shockwave products down to 81p.

Also managed to get the Ted Baker Glitch - SEL said £14.67 but went through at £7.xx then 3 for 2 so well chuffed. Came out with 2 stuffed bags and spent less than £15 - result

Gr8 big thanx for this, but allows u to have multiple oders & get 2 x GWP with each item, just tried that in my basket as i had selescted wrong fragarance & came up with 4gwp.

Thanks, I saw 1 of each in Exeter yesterday both were full price, as there were only 2 I didn;t take them to the till, as I wasn;t sure which one it was, didn't realise it was both. Not sure what the difference was.

Morning everyone

I havent been bootsing for a while mainly through lack of finance but will be visiting one store today. I intend buying £10 phone credit so i understand this will get me a £5 fragrance voucher. I also need to purchase at some point in the near future a bottle of Touch of Pink and a DKNY summer aftershave, can this voucher be used against either of these.

Should anyone know any bargains in the Plymouth Store for little or no spend I should be grateful to know. I have 3 of the No7 linelift vouchers but havent been to the machine for a while so is there anything I can combine them with to create a bargain.
