Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker
I was in Boots Aintree (Liverpool) yesterday and they had lots of the Ted Baker sets just as you walked in near the tills.

I am going to Sheffield Hallam University for a conference tomorrow and was thinking of going to Meadowhall as I have never been before and it would be a shame not to when I have time to kill! Anyone know how good the Boots there is (and the rest of the shops, although I know that is off topic!)

    Thanks for any advice.

firstly, I dont DO all the 'please come back and post' lark - but mimi and everyone else, please dont make your posts the last ones!! everyone on here that reguarly posts, lurks or just reads this thread, knows exactly who MAKES this thread and who BREAKS it;)

back to BOOTS, nothing to report this end, loads of shampoo reduced in both central 12 and southport and still No7 GWP and ted baker sets ( on a stand right by the door) at central 12.

There's a nice Dior mascara giftset in the dot com sale at the moment. Usually £18.50 but now £9.25, comprising of a DiorShow Blackout mascara, mini eye palette and a black pouch.

There's no working "add to basket" link but it will go in via Quickshop, the code is 10080263

There are a few other premium beauty items and fragrances in the sale also, again without "add to basket" links, they will also go into your basket if you put the item codes into Quickshop and go from there.

thanks for pic and thanks to rubylou for find. they were still £14.** in southport, but I took one to the till and asked the girl to scan it three times for me - she did and it came up as £7.34 for all three:D:D:D:D:D thank you so much - I bought six and then got a load of shampoo's reduced right down again - pantene 48p, loreal elvive 57p, naked vitamin sachet 33p, umberto gianini shine spray £1.18 and 2 x huge 900ml tresemme for £1.08 each - in total shop came to £26.57 but I saved a massive £73.38:D

also bought a load more mini mode stuff:o - totaling what should have cost £77.00 but I only paid £28.11:D so very happy with all my bargains today

thanks again to everyone who is continuing to post on here - although I still consider myself a newbie, I am missing the regular posters ( amelia's mummy, mimi, sandrascarlett, pollsdolls etc) so please come back if you are all still lurking:o

Thanks nikinackyloo. I hadn't realised that there were others not posting. I have had issues at home to deal with which has kept me away from the internet in general. I hope no-one thinks I am not posting for any other reason. I have been around for quite a while and hope to continue to be here for a lot longer. ;)

Thanks also for the info re the Aintree store and thanks to rubes for spotting the Ted Baker glitch, well done to everyone who got them. I haven't even set foot in Boots for nearly a month  It's a record :p

Hi I got a few reduced bits today. Fructis conditioner - 77p, elvive shampoo £1.65p and conditioner £1.13, I thought they were on bogof, but they weren;t and when checked it was the larger size, not such a bargain as I had thought. I got gorgeous feet moisturiser x 2 and both times the points had to be added separately, and a reduced price lip balm.

    Hi,

I managed to get 3 of the Ted Baker gift sets today at the £7.xx price. They were still marked up as full price with a 342 sign right by the till at the Reading savacentre branch - they had loads of them. I was surprised the SA didn't query the price as they were on display right in front of her. I'm thinking of being generous and getting three more tomorrow to donate as raffle prizes for the school's summer fair! Hope that helps any Reading Bootsers! They have the green and blue ones. Also lots of reduced No7 - really nice summer pallete on clearance for £2.50, limited edition in silver case. Looked like it was quite expensive initially.

Have a good evening everyone x

found a clearance shelf in Colchester lion walk.
    LOTS of no 7 make up purses/brush bags/er stuff:p at £3.xx
    17 compact mirrors at £1.25
    17 false eye lashes £1.95
    Stick on nails £1.95
    No 7 foundation £3.20
    17 nail varnish £1.00
    Depends £3
    Baby dummies £1
    Toothbrushes £1.25
Hot Stones (oil?) £20 (yes, I looked twice!!)

NO Ted Baker sets. Yesterday there was a whole aisle end of them! And ACM only offered me extra points when I spent £30 so I didn't avail myself of that. :o
