Have a look in the brief, they usually have a picture that points where it is on the receipt.
Store numbers are either underneath the address on the receipt, or in the bottom left/right corners

Failing that, the receipt upload should be enough to keep Gap happy anyway

Hi mum2six - it's a massive long shot, but perhaps you could post which area the restaurant (using the term loosely) is in? Someone here may have shopped it in the past, just a thought?

On the other hand, if the receipt's a normal receipt (i.e. not a credit card one) and it doesn't have the details on, you could just put 0000000 in and put that the receipt didn't have the detail, on the final question where it asks for comments.

If it says 0 active jobs, that indicates that you've completed the job, so either you'd have 1 payment pending (meaning that they've still not authorised/proofread your report). If you don't have a payment pending, then it should show as a payment due.

If it's none of these then either:

1. their site if sha*ged or
2. you've not completed the job and they've re-allocated it.

My money is on option 1...

hi thats correct - option 1 that is
on my to do list on right hand side i have no active jobs.
on my payment section left hand side it says pending 1 payment which is the payment for that job.
so i am just stuck in limbo now being able to see jobs but apply for nothing - their answer was it should be ok by thursday and if not call back then. i thought theyd sort it out their end and allocate me the job but that obviously is not possible :eek: now i maybe understand the problems with RE

Thankyou! There's definately no address, phone number or store number on the receipt. It just says "Thankyou for eating at ...............(store/location)" Amount and time etc.

Are the reimbursement amounts (apart from food) really counted as taxable income I thought that as you needed to spend the money then it was classed as an expense......otherwise I would not spend this money at all???

I am totally confused now,Most of my assignments that I have done so far involve drinks and meals out for which I get reimbursed for,are you saying that these are tax free .Since I am employed I asked the tax people to tax me on earnings of 40.00 per month for MS but if meals are not included in that I am giving them too much.Help!

If the payment is still pending, and you don't yet have points, then the report hasn't been processed yet. I imagine they take longer to process probationary reports, to check that you've done things properly.

You could try phoning again and asking if the jobs can be allocated to you manually. If the jobs are short-dated, they may decide to let you do them before you come of probationary status.

based on the advice in here that i got yesterday that seems to be the case. anything for which i get reimbursed i am now showing as an expense - in reality if you think about it of course it is as if it wasnt for the job you would not have to buy it. double check with everyone else in here as they are experts but from the advice i have been given so far thats what i am doing with my books.

i asked for that but i have to wait and see what happens by thursday, the job i most wanted has now gone. hopefully i will be out of my probation period soon and then i wont have this problem again! everywhere else ive not had this sort of problem i just click on the job and do the work.

did a phone job today for aba....called the shop this morning to check their opening times and arrived at 1.10pm to be greeted by a sign on the door saying gone to lunch back at 2pm!

what a waste of my time...it was not worth going home and coming back again :mad::mad::mad::mad:

Thats a fail for them then, the shops arent allowed to close for lunch if I remember correctly
