Thanks for the suggestions about the left and right but unfortunately as I explained earlier the row of shops concerned has two possible addresses -a road name and numbered units within a shopping centre so it isn't as simple as that (I'd tried the obvious methods before posting :) ) Appreciate the ideas though

Could you phone the company and explain? Perhaps you could give some other information which proved you were there.

    Hi

I have a couple of betting shops to do today - but the notes say I have to complete part of the questionnaire first.

Where do I do this - as I cant seem to be able to complete on the notes and when I go into the questionnaire - I have to put the time of visit in first. But I dont know what that will be as yet?

I queried this with them. You only have to do it on your paper version.

Not really -it wouldn't do me much good with the company. Fortunately it's not a ridiculous distance-just a bit unfortunate as I have 2 in the other direction to do this morning so it's a bit of a pain. It's my own silly fault but we've all done it at one time or another. I usually do it before I go into the shop but yesterday got distracted as I met someone I knew almost at the door (who commented-"Didn't know you went to betting shops" LOL)
One more possibility -just waiting for a PM otherwise it's off to Rainham before hitting Bluewater and getting back to start my "real" work at 3.

Big thanks to the two lovely ladies who were both kind enough to check their records to see if they could help.

I had two jobs booked for this weekend...both phone call jobs where you have to record the call.

However the call recording system isn't working, so I won't be able to do either of them. A bit disappointed as one was a small fee, but the other one was quite good. I've already done the research, printed out the notes etc too, so this has cost me time and money.

I have asked them to reschedule the jobs for me to do when the problem is fixed...but what are the chances of them doing that?

BUM BUM BUM - Had two retail shops on for ABAi this morning. One went fine but the other was a restaurant job. The notes said that on a weekend you can do the assignment any time the store was open. I had read through the notes quickly and re-read them in the car in the car park. I then found out that you had to order a lunch - but of course at 10.30am lunch was not being served so I had to order from the breakfast menu. I don't want to waste time filling in the questionnaire if their going to fail me so what's my best option. Drop them an e-mail? TIA x

Does anyone know if it is possible to speak to someone at GR on a Saturday ? I tried to call but went to answerphone.

If I can't, can someone help with a query re clothes part of big supermarket ? This particular store has a separate clothes shop across the road(path) from main supermarket so would I have to visit that separately or just put n/a (this is an option on questionnaire).

Someone must be there - I just sent them a message via the site asking to re-schedule a job from today to tomorrow, and I got a reply and the job date changed within a couple of minutes.
