    No you can't get to see it until you input your results.

    It consists of a few tick box answers, then you have to write up your observations on each aspect - 200 - 500 characters (less for the toilets!)

    Basically all you need to remember is the times - in & out, and name/description of the members of staff who deal with you.

    Don't forget your receipt for your purchases...

    You only get to see the briefing notes beforehand but as long as you cover everything thats asked you will be fine , they are easy jobs to do . Good luck !

    I wonder if they meant Catalogue shop? As I have a few of those showing nationally, although nothing in my area. But if so, they've been on there a while!

    The lady who sends out the details has apparantly been on holiday and has a backlog.....i was accepted over a month ago and its taken til now to get my details. Hang on in there they will come!!:D
