For some jobs I put the main questions into a text document with blank spaces for the answers and email it to my phone. If you're doing several jobs with the same brief, it saves writing it out repeatedly. Also, you can sneak a look at the questions when you're in the shop by pretending you're checking a text.

That is such a good idea! Phones are so useful during these things!

    I've been Money Tipped!
I always use my phone to make a note of times, names etc. Just looks like you're texting!

Thats what I do for most jobs - use the notes feature on my phone! Works a treat. If I'm doing more than 3 or 4 jobs in a day I print out the questionaire for the 1st couple and fill them in while I'm in the car so I don't forget stuff.

Anyone else doing the regular audits for A******? I've just had an email saying I have to do the extra covert audit, too, and I'm not too happy about it. Just wondered how others feel?

sorry ive not been emailed anything so presume my area didnt need work to be done. ive not had to do covert stuff so not sure what this entails. if you are really not happy just decline.

I'm a bit sneaky on this one... if I do print out questionnaires - I usually do it at work. You can try setting it to print 2 pages per sheet of paper - the writing becomes quite small, but you're saving half the paper!

If you can print doublesided, that'll save paper but not ink.

You're best bet (apart from printing at work!) would be to print double sided with 2 pages per sheet.
What I do when printing is when it goes to the print page and you can set what pages you want to print etc. I click on "properties" and then select "fast draft". This only uses up half the ink.

I've done some A covert audits, very easy for the payment. PM if you have any questions.

Thank you all for you answers. Unfortunately this is the only work I do, so printing at work isn't an option, but I will try the 2 to a page and double sided. Also, I would never have thought of using the notes option on my phone, so thats a great idea as well. I am also going to get myself a new notebook. :D

Once again, thank you all. x
