Thanks, Scuba, I did try a search before but maybe need to use different terms. I'll take a look...... but bedtime, right now...night night!! ;) x

H bankypanky, you now have a pm with links to add clients. Once you have added them, click on the client you are searching, select other under location and just put a space under search. This will list all the areas. If you scroll right to the bottom of this list and select "none of these, just look for the search term above", you should be able to view all available jobs!! I hope this helps!!

Have you tried searching? As I advised someone the other day, search for "clients" and you'll no doubt find something. I was able to when I did it.

Hi Timmne, I know that a lot of the folks on here get really annoyed when people ask questions on how to add clients on Aba-i. I joined Aba-i about 2 weeks ago and I did struggle quite a bit. I think the principle problem is not with how to add a client (I agree that there is plenty of information on that) but who the clients actually are. So even if you know how to add it but do not know which clients to add, you are stuck! The search tool on Aba-i isn't the most user-friendly for the newbies either! Sorry for the vent but I do feel sorry for people that struggle with this MS company!

I didn't have a clue who the other clients were -took two minutes on google to find out -including the links to add

No worries - I know where you are coming from - however someone did say the other day how to find which clients are with ABAi although I can't remember who said it.

Also, the advice (when anyone has any energy to repeat it) is to give ABAi a call and ask if there are any more clients that can be added to a shopper's account - thus not being necessary to know who they are before they're added!

If the jobs are taken up regardless of no mileage fee, then I can't see TNS putting the mileage back ! Why should they if shoppers will do them anyway?
I'm not doing any of the *** visits now the mileage has gone...def not worth it...the cash for the goods will have to cover mileage and wear and tear on your car ( and your extra car insurance...hope you have all declared that you use your car for Mystery Shop visits!!) So you are then left with a paltry £5 for a visit...allowing for time doing visit say 15 mins and journey there and back...prob 1 hour...less than minimum wage ...if you pay tax on that...forget it...according to my AM the milage allowance has gone permantly..disappeared from *** ****visits last wave and also gone from another visit but he couldn't recall which...bad news for TNS shoppers methinks.
