We enquired about this, but apparently they are sent for scrutiny - and are not able to return them to you, even after a while..... I cancelled the assignment as I thought it a waste of a good pair of glasses.Praying at the church of MSE should be compulsory!
There are three types of people in the world, those who can add up and those who can't.0 -
I just love it when you can see that they're wearing a name badge but it is obscured by either hair, or they're wearing a fleece which just covers their name. So annoying!!!!!!!!!
This happens to me all the time on my supermarket jobs, yesterday 3 out of 4 were like this! I'm sure they think I'm blagging it!Now proud Mumto3 :j0 -

Here's an update.
I became their 'friend' but I put them on a very limited profile so they can't see any of my details but I can read their wall. They've responded to several concerned people on their wall. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to copy and paste their replies so I'll try and summarise.
- They are still at the testing/set up stage, creating their website and applying to become members of MSPA etc and they won't start with MS until it's properly set up
- They are based in France.
- They say their database is from several sources -bought databases, Market Research firms, database brokers, scheduling agencies etc.
- They say they will post a confidentiality agreement once you've signed up on their website and they won't trade your details.
I'm still a bit sceptical about where they obtained the details, especially saying 'bought databases, database brokers etc'. I am very careful to keep my details off most lists and for them to know I am interested in mystery shopping means that either (a) they are an ex employee who has 'taken' the database with them or (b) one of the MS agencies has sold our details. Either way it's a bit dubious.
Someone (maybe one of you lot?!) has made some good comments near the bottom which they haven't replied to yet. She said they need to reassure people a bit more, particularly as they are using a gmail address. She wonders if they have taken details from previous employers or if they have been hacked. She wants to know the names of the companies who have given out our details without authority. I agree with all of that.
Still sounds a bit iffy to me  Will let you know if I see/hear any more.........0 -
im so amazed had RE open waiting to leave for the dentist and a hotel job appeared as if by magic and i got it!! :j:j:j makes up for the silly phone call, 3 cancelled train jobs and all my payments disappearing this week - as long as my reimbursements dont disappear!
anyone else done any of these? I remember someone in here mentioning being at a hotel last week some time so dont know if it was for RE or not? I have mailed for confirmation of a few things Im not completely clear about so if anyone could help please pm me.
i am very excited as its my birthday two weekends time and we dont have money for expensive treats so this is like an early birthday present - even if i am working0 -
does anyone else do work for storecheckers - I have just had my first email and just want to double check I have done everything correctly. I have emailed back visit I can do and the date - do I need to now wait for confirmation? Will I get emailed a questionnaire and description before the date? Do we email data back? And anything else that I might need to know thanks0

does anyone know how long TNS take to send log-in details etc>?
I got accepted and sent back all the forms 3 weeks ago and the letter said it should take 7 - 10 days to get the details but ive still not heard0 -
Evening everyone. Well it was my first day back at the office today. Felt really weird after 10 months off. Needless to say I had no desk, no phone etc so spent the day as a bit of a nomad. One good thing was that I have been offered another job so if I accept I won't be made redundant. They've also offered me the position on 4 weeks trial so if I don't like the job after 4 weeks they will still give me my redundancy pay if I decide to leave which I thought was good. Anyway, this working thing really interfers with my MSing. Logged on to my e-mails a few times but think I must have missed the RE jobs as I've still only got 7 showing
One of my jobs is missing a payment on RE so that will be a phone call tomorrow. Hope everyone else is keeping busy. I'm absolutely shattered so I'm off for an early night with a G&T and a very large bar of chocolate x
