We will be very shortly be starting a large project evaluating the service received when customers telephone or email organisations to make enquiries, solve problems and/or purchase products.
In total there will be some 18,000 assessments spread over the next 3 months so hopefully there will be lots of work available.

Some of these assessments however will require you to be of a certain specific profile, so in order to offer the correct assessments to the correct assessors we will be adding questions to your Census Questionnaire.

At this point in time there have been 5 questions added but questions will be added on a daily basis (as and when we are informed of the profile required by our client).

So please take a few moments to log on at https://cybershop.gfk.com click on My Details and then Census Questionnaire and answer the new questions (new Q's start at 12-0).

Please remember to log on daily and answer any new questions that are added.

    Thank you for you help.
    Regards,
    Cybershop Administrator

Dunno why noone else would post it...

Prize for tact and diplomacy and peeing off a mystery shopper goes to the bank which knows customs are different in different parts of the world today-Who asked me if I was over 60. I'm 48 !!!! If it had been a teenager I wouldn't have minded-when you're 18 everyone over 30 has one foot in the grave but this old duck was definitely in her 50s.
Still debating if it goes into the report or not LOL

If anyone sees any MS's for anti-aging creams or facelifts -please PM me !!! ;)

Yes, sounds very unprofessional to me. I'd definitely mention it!

Wasn't unprofessional-was in context of a particular savings scheme for over 60s but I'm told I don't even look my age (as in younger -not blinking older )
If I hadn't been MSing she'd have got a very sarcastic reply rather than an incredibly restrained "Erm no-not yet". I was good :)

Oh, I suppose that's better then. Perhaps (with benefit of hindsight) the member of staff would have been better saying something like "I presume you're not eligible for our over-60s only offer?".

Quick question upon taxation, regarding mileage.

Do I complete mileage for the round trip, i.e. there and back, also if i do several stops en route (all ms related) do I claim for mileage from my house or from store to store that I came from?

The taxman's not to know you didn't come from home! :D
