    If I had to guess, it would be around 115k-120k, those option ARM's in the states are going to bring another wave of failures early next year, just in time for the Spring bounce. Higher taxes, higher unemployment, higher IR's at some point. All this and lower wages.

    The media have done the government's work over the last 6 weeks to try and ramp the market, it's failed.

    I reckon 3 times average salary for a flat and 3 times a couples salary for a house.

    So about 65k for a flat and 130k for a 3 bed house.

    I would guess the average will be £130k in 2013.

    40% from peak.. at that point itll start levelling. I believe we have another '15%' or so to go now.
