    Thanks Choille, that's a great idea, they would probably save my back. I need to get some old jeans and shoes/boots, all I have for the garden lark is a pair of secataurs and my new (now filthy) garden gloves.....don't even have any wellies!! So can't kneel down as I'd ruin my decent jeans! I might venture to the charity shop later today or tomorrow and see if I can pick up a pair for the garden for a couple of quid, might even get some boots :D

    Kneeling pads are a great idea, I don't know why more people don't use them, I have a pair with solid plastic cups and they are a lifesaver, don't get a really cheap pair with foam cups, but go for the slightly more expensive ones, they are well worth it.
    I wear mine all the time, I've very horrible knees :D
