Thanks Jo, I saw the pic of your gloves and they look great. I was planning to check out B&Q for pots so I'll have a look for gloves while I'm at it. I have some cheap ones for the pound shop (or the €2 store as it's now called!) but they are not much use for anything with thorns or spikes.
Trying to spend less time on MSE so I can get more done ... it's not going great so far! :)
Sorry if I don't reply to posts - I'm having MAJOR trouble keeping up these days!

Did a little bit more in the garden last night. Here's another photo, the piles of green stuff is what I cut down last night and is waiting patiently for DD1 to go out today and bag up :D well, she had her last exam on Monday so don't want the girl to be bored ;)

    Hi Jo

Just thought I'd drop in and see how you are doing? Its looking so much better and you should be feeling very proud of all that you have done. :T

Keep up all the good work, this time next year you will be sitting out in your deck chair having a well earned ice cream and looking over your gorgeous plot.

So keep positive and its looking great. :A
