Or maybe ask them to call you back? I have had customer's do that to me before ;)thinking my phone was premium rate number (it's not). Didn't bother me, I'm not paying the bill

Yes its always best to keep everything in writing, and also keep copies in case any of this is required to support your case.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Just make sure you are prepared and have everything to hand if they insist on you phoning but I would initially send the letter reclaiming by recorded and see how you get on from there:D Good luck:p0 -
