Hello! Quite an expensive day for me:

£2.14 for stamps & one EBAY parcel
    £2.00 on work leaving collections
£10 given to OH who's going shopping tomorrow for some end of week/weekend fresh groceries

Managed to avoid spending a penny - not even on snacks to get me through my session at the gym. Fourth no-spend day in a row.

  • Right, today I spent:

£2.20 - parking for a job interview (see below)
    £1.29 - lunch after interview

That's that on the spend stakes. I had to drive up to Dorset, so took the day off work. I got offered the job, but truned it down as it wasn't what I was looking for and the pay wasn't great... still, it is nice to get the offer, I'm on the right track at least. I should here from the other job I'm going for before the weekend, so fingers crossed on that one!

Tomorrow and Friday really have to be no spend days, I have £40 to get me though to the end of the month! That doesn't include petrol, which I budget for, so I should be OK. Mother's Day is coming up though, so that'll be another hit!
    Personal ISA Contributions Challenge - current £0 (as at 1 April 2014) / target £15,000 (deadline 31 Mar 2015)

I sort of bust my no-spend by ordering something for my MIL - however, as it's still pending on the bank account a day later I'm going to claim the day spend free after all! ;)
