    Hi Sarah,

I don't think it's fractured (I hope it's not) - I just think that the bruise is really deep and has hurt the muscle IYSWIM cos when I bend my leg and contract the muscle, that's when it hurts. It's turning some beautiful colours and I'm still putting the arnica on. The bruise on my elbow has just turned a sort of black colour and doesn't really hurt at all now unless I forget and lean on it. I showed my Mum the bruise on my leg when she came over and she said it looks nasty! (at least she doesn't think I'm making a fuss over this)

Right, enough about me, and thank you Sarah for your concern - are you feeling any better?

I'm dressed and ready to go, and I'm just about to paste my list ready for the HHC.

See you in a couple of mins.

    sexymouse xx
