Well, I have a new message, saying that Friday is the 15th working day, she says if it has not arrived by then then she'll give me a refund and then they'll claim through royal mail.... simples eh? Shame she didnt think of that a few days ago.
If she had of been polite with me then i would of been fine waiting but im not happy with her attitude towards me, as if I am a pain the !!!!, all i want is what ive paid for.
Will I have to play a part in her claiming back from Royal Mail?
royal mail may write to you and ask you to confirm that you didn't receive the item before they will refund the seller0 -
