Try Debbie and Andrew's - hardly any fat at all. Infact you would need a magnifying glass to see it.

I like Cumberland sausages, or Lincolnshire. I find pork sausages leave a lot of hard gooey fat in the pan that the others don't, so am now not going to buy pork again.

If you're ever near Newmarket, Suffolk and get the chance to try Newmarket sausages, they're brilliant.

The proper Lincolnshire sausages i get from the butchers have hardly any fat in them, if i cook 10 on the george foreman i may get half a teaspoon full.

If you are getting alot of fat they are not good quality and have alot of fat as a filller

    The chilli ones are fantastic.

They also do excellent beef ones for anyone who can't eat pork (my Dad and my sisters can't)

I know....how could you eat such carp? We buy Butchers sausages every time. No mysterious lumps of 'gristle' in them.

I've tried Black Farmer's a couple of times, but they didn't strike me as being anything special, rather overpriced for what they were.

'Good little sausages' are made in N.Ireland and sold in Tescos. Made with 85% outdoor bred British pork, reduced fat, no preservatives and no artificial ingredients, they're gorgeous.
